Founded by Matt Raab who began his journey as an independent general contractor in 1994, our business is built on deep expertise in affordable housing, maintenance and construction. After spending two decades with a leading, North Carolina-based affordable housing developer, Matt transitioned to HVAC maintenance, leveraging his extensive knowledge in the multi-family housing community to build a business focused on affordability and system longevity, not just profit. Alongside his two sons, Justin and Jonathan, and skilled HVAC technician, Mike Lowe, Matt established Legend Service Pros in 2025 to provide top-tier HVAC services for a diverse range of customers, including multi-family apartments, commercial and residential properties. Our team is passionate about great service, fair pricing, and preventative maintenance.
